Blank grey activation screen

Hi,
I've upgraded Site Iport from 2.0.5 to 2.1.2, but I can't get past the Activation screen. It loaded ok into Extension manager, and shows OK in thge file menu, but when I click the start button it just shows a blank Activation window.
Thanks for any help!
Andrew

I recommend that you delete your configuration folder and reinstall your extension.

Is it possible to download the 2.0.5 that was working OK before?

Yes. You could always go back to 2.0.5 but it always recommended to have the latest version installed.

have you tried deleting your configuration folder.

No, not yet, as don't want to lose other extensions right now. Where can I re-download v2.0.5? It's not in my downloads list in my account, only the new version ...

Please follow the link to download SiteImport 2.0.5 at

Thanks for that, v205 now downloaded and installed. This version works OK, is that still in keeping with your advice to empty the configuration folder, or some other problem?

If Version 2.0.5 is working correctly you don't have to delete your configuration folder. But deleting your configuration folder usually clears any corruptions that could happen from installing and uninstalling.

OK, but to upgrade Site Import you think I would need to go down the empty configuration route?

Usually that is not case, but sometimes with a lot of extensions installed, your configuration folder could get corrupted and it is recommended to clear your configuration folder if you are having issue when upgrading to a new version.
