Great news for library members!
In response to long standing customer feedback and after careful consideration, WebAssist has decided to improve the Extension Library offering for customers that own extensions.
We are working on an update to the membership terms that will be announced soon. Under the new terms anyone who owns a product who is also a library member will be able to keep any full version updates to the owned extension(s) if their library membership is canceled for any reason.
This is a great added benefit to users who have previously purchased a suite or individual products and want to feel confident that the library membership is still a great option for them. It protects people if the library is discontinued for any reason or if they just decide to cancel and want to be able to continue using the latest version of extensions they use regularly.
We hope this will make users feel better about their previous purchases, since there will be real value associated with early purchases before the library was announced. This will be an update to the library terms that will automatically be applied to library members who are currently in the program as well.
