Css menu writer 2

I have just recently installed css sculptor 3 upgrade. I am now trying to build a webpage using sculptor and once it is has been generated I go to use css menuwriter. When the menu is about to be execued I get the message

While executing onresize in WA_SITETOOLS_PROGRESS.htm the following javascript errors occured
infile WA_sitetools_progress refresh UI is not defined.
I am about to start a major project, so really need this to work. Does anybody know what this message means? I am using windows xp and dreamweaver cs4

You might be able to clear this up by deleting your cache file, here is a document with some instructions on this:

Please give this a try and let us know how this works for you.
