Activation Blocked by "Firewall"

Activation Blocked by "Firewall"

I purchased Site Import 3 v3.0.3 yesterday and the error massage says it cannot contact the server due to firewall blocking activation.

My firewall (the wireless router) was removed and it still won't activate. There is no antivirus software (Mac OS X 10.6). I tried to call technical service but was referred to the forums were many others have had similar problems. How can I get a "ticket"?
