Errors while opening CSS Forms Builder

So I started using FB today and was having work fairly well. A couple of things confused me at first (how to edit a form after it's built - my guess is manually viewing the code). So I went back and forth re-creating my form until I thought it was right. At a certain point I decided to save what I was doing as a preset in the type of form and in the design. The first worked like a charm. The second gave me an error (saving_custom.... image that's attached) at first I cancelled the save but after pressing save again it went through. So I closed it.

I didn't like how it turned out so I tried opening FB again and now I get the error in the second attached image. I removed the extension and reloaded and replaced the needed files provided by WA.Still having the same issue. Now I can't use FB.

Any solutions?

thank you

What the messages say.

I just realized that the info in the messages can't be read so here they are:

1. Design:

"While executing onBlur n WAFB_SaveTheme.htm, a JavaScript error occurred."

2. Opening FB:

"While executing onLoad in WAFB_AddForm.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In file "WAFB_AddForm":
initializeUI is not defined"

Partially Solved

While I still get the error message when saving the design preset it does actually save it. I have since been able to complete my form.

If a solution ever comes up for that problem it would be great to sticky it for future encounters.

This can be marked solved.
