javascript error... cannot find file

While using "Checkout Wizard" with an email receipt I get the following message when eCart tries to complete the files and give this error and stops.

Cannot find file
Mac:Users:design3:Library:Application Support:Adobe:Dreamweaver CS4:en_US:Configuration:Shared:WebAssist:eCart:Designs:Templates:Simple:Message.htm

I've check the path and the Message.htm is there but I actually couldn't find the WA_Configuration.js anywhere?

I've also reinstalled DW, eCart and Universal Email trying to fix the problem but the problem persists.

It looks as though you may be experiencing an issue related to a bad cache file or even a corrupt configuration folder. You should try deleting the cache file to see if this helps to resolve the issue. If it does not then you should move on to recreating the configuration directory. Eric, regretfully after doing all of those steps I still get exactly the same problem, same error.
It seems to be related to it being unable to create the email receipt. It completes all else but stops there.

Ok, thanks for going through those steps, these kind of problems are usually sorted out by either the cache file deletion or renaming/deleting the configuration folder.
