Function Unlink?

I am suddenly getting the following error on my digital file pages when I upload an image

Warning: unlink(/hermes/web01c/b1006/hy.dcrawford/Members/1/ReportBooks/1cc3e673ddb40836e59a3fef517c7d86.png) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory in /hermes/web01c/b1006/hy.dcrawford/WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php on line 212

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /hermes/web01c/b1006/hy.dcrawford/WA_DigitalFilePro/HelperPHP.php:212) in /hermes/web01c/b1006/hy.dcrawford/reportbookrequest.php on line 178

It was working up to a few weeks ago. All I did was to change the upload folder. But changing the folder back to the original is not working either. I get the same error messages.

Please help

It seems that a space is added outside a php tags. Please open the reportbookrequest.php page and look at line 178 and ensure there are no extra spaces that are added outside the <?php ?> tags.

Sill a problem

I found no extra spaces or other characters in the line 178. If I remove the entire php tag which uploads the file Logo, I still get the first 2 error messages about line 212 in the helper file. If I reload the upload behaviour, the third error message comes back. The file is attached.

Memory Increase Does not work.

I found the php.ini file (on my web server control panel), and edited it to change memory_limit from 10M to 256M, but am still getting the same error messages.
