Checkout not building, unable to process payments

I had to rebuild my checkout pages as they are going directly to paypal after you click on checkout on the checkout page. I am getting the error that I'm attaching, I have removed the .dat file and recreated the cache.

Ok, was able to build the pages again and am now getting this error on checkout, can you help me resolve this as the receipt emails are not going out.

The error is saying that the file:
WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_confirm_1.php

is not on the server.

make sure you have uploaded the entire WA_Universal_Email folder to the server.
