Site Import only Imports Index Page

Hi I am new to this product and so far have been very frustrated with it. I tried to import a site using the Site Import Tool and I am missing all the pages other than the index page. All the images and css files seemed to import fine but of a 6 page site it won't import any of the pages other than the index. I hope its something simple that I am messing up..

What is the URL of the site you are trying to import?

In the site import settings, there is an option to select to import the entire site or only the currant page, make sure you are not selecting the option to only import the currant page.

I made sure to select the entire site option. The URL is www.infinityasset.biz. Is there anything else that I can provide you that would help solve this?

Hmmm, I was able to import the entire site without a problem.

Can you send the WAImportLog.txt file that was created in the folder you selected to import the files to. this may give some help.

I copied the details out of the WAImportLog.txt that I thought you mind find useful. These php pages are what is not getting imported.

Can you try importing directly to a drive on your computer rather than to a network share.

For example, import to:
c:\imports\InfinityAsset\

Yes that worked. Thank you very much. Any idea why it would have problems importing to the network? Permission settings or something?

I dont think it;s a permissions issue, but I'm nit sure what the cause is.

I'm going to log a bug so Our engineers can look into fixing the problem in the future.
