CSS Form Builder and Universal eMail

CSS Form Builder and Universal eMail

I have got the form working well and I have added Universal email so the form content can be emailed. I have used Universal email many times so I'm not new at it. The form has an appointment date and time and contact by fieldsets besides other fieldsets. The form and the email works fine for the most part. I am having trouble getting the time and contact by fields to show up in the email. Everything else shows up.
Please let me know if you need any of the files associated with this.
BTW your support has always been great.
Thanks

Please post a copy of your page and the WA_Universal Email folder so I can see the code.

I see, the two fields you are having a problem displaying are a multi check box group and a multi select list.

A multiple select form element will have the name end in "[]" to create an array of the selected opr checked optins, to output the selections, you need to split the array using the php imp[lode function.

For example, the select list is:

html:
<select name="fieldset_For_Appointments_Only_Best_times[]"...

To output the selections:

php:
<?php echo((isset($_POST["fieldset_For_Appointments_Only_Best_times"]))?implode(", "$_POST["fieldset_For_Appointments_Only_Best_times"]):""?>

I think you want me to change the code in the email body as I have done in the attached file but I must have done something wrong because now an email is not being sent at all!

You have two universal email server behaviors on the page:

php:
<?php

if ((($_SERVER["REQUEST_METHOD"] == "POST") && (isset($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]) && strpos(urldecode($_SERVER["HTTP_REFERER"]), urldecode($_SERVER["SERVER_NAME"].$_SERVER["PHP_SELF"])) > 0) && isset($_POST)))     {

//WA Universal Email object="mail"
  //Send Loop Once Per Entry

$RecipientEmail "drsteve@comcast.net";include("WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_index_1.php");

//Send Mail All Entries

if ("thankyou.php"!="")     {

header("Location: thankyou.php");
  }
}
?>
<?php
if ((isset($_POST["Jimaddition_submit_x"])))     {

//WA Universal Email object="mail"
  //Send Loop Once Per Entry

$RecipientEmail "jim@igwebs.com";include("WA_Universal_Email/WAUE_contact-1_1.php");

//Send Mail All Entries

if ("thankyou.php"!="")     {

header("Location: thankyou.php");
  }
}
?>

they are both set to redirect to the "thankyou.php" page. The first one will redirect before the second one can send the email.

make sure that the first one does not redirect so that the second email (The one you actually edited) can be sent.

I dont see any problem in the code that should cause the email not to send.

make sure it is not being trapped as spam.

Thank you Jason, that resolved the problem. I didn't realize that when you have two emails, the first one will redirect before the other email is sent. I am glad to know that.
Thanks for your help.

PHP code is executed top down, one line at a time.

as soon as it gets to the header function to redirect to another page, it stops processing the current page and loads the next one.

Any time you have multiple server behaviors on a page, only the last one line should set the redirect so they all can execute.
