helps for Upload File Manager

i have problem with Upload File Manager... as far as i learn and i think i found bugs:

1. in Javascript generated (.js): FCKConfig.ManagerEnabled;
is not change from true to false vise versa when i check/uncheck Enable File Manager

2. the last line is :
if (false) {FCKConfig.Plugins.Add('kfm');}
which mean it never trigger

i know WA try to give me an automated solutions.. but this one takes hours to master.. how to set one kfm manager properly ? where's the trigger.. etc

Progress:
i tried to change the script manually to :

FCKConfig.ManagerEnabled = true;
FCKConfig.Plugins.Add('kfm');

i remove the if(false).. and now kfm load.. but there are more confusing behaviour

1. it only appears layout with nothing to click.. no uploadfile form (see blankscreen-only.jpg)
2. i finally "found" the the left panel is on locked mode.. so i right click and click 'lock'(see lock.jpg) and then click unlock .. and suddenly the 'windows' button is clickable
3. i create a subdirectory
4. i upload a file, the file is uploaded correctly but the kfm doesn't display anything but 'loading' text (see hang.jpg)

this is unpleasant task and i think it should be easier way to do this.. please let me know which step did i wrong
