Email is received but no form information

I am getting the email sent to me from contact form - however, nothing shows up in the email from the form - it is just a blank email - how do I get the form information to show up?

You may want to check the page that is sending the email... double click the Universal Email server behavior and then check to see if the data binndings "stuck" when you added the behavior. I had an issue once where the bindings didn't stick when I thought I had added them, so I had to go back in and re-add the data bindings. The other thing to check is that you uploaded all of the UE helper files, too.

Cheers,

Brian

Still email but no form?

I re-uploaded all UE files and went to server behaviors to see - double clicked on Universal Email 1 (mail) and it opened up the Universal Email box... Email object is set to mail for Linux server,
smtp server is set to mail.orchiduae.com, port 25. Return path, Organization and X-mailer are blank.

In the general page maybe I need to set the trigger to something else? I have it set at Button: orchid_submit pressed - should this be set at (any form post) or something else?

do I need something in the body section? this is blank

thank you,

Yes, you need to create the email body, see the "http://www.webassist.com/support/universal-email/" tutorial in the Solution Recipe section of the Universal Email support page:

Almost there!

OK, I got it to work - now I just need to get rid of the last 3 lines in the email... from fieldset group Security code on: I tried getting rid of some of the hidden fields in Form Builder but it didn't seem to work...
