paypal website payments pro

Hello I have installed this checkout wizard and have tried numerous ways to get this to work. I have my site hosted at I have set up the sql server 5.0 database. I did not setup any step 1 forms on the wizard regarding database. whenever i click on the paypal express button it just goes to transaction not completed. whenever i fill in the credit card info and click checkout same thing happens. Am I messing a step somewhere? I am relatively new to ecart and to dreamweaver cs4

Thanks Todd
