My Serial Number won't work

Hello!
I upgraded to the most recent version of the Cookies Toolkit, Installed it, then am trying to use it. It wants my serial number. I copied it numerous times from the one on my account page. Not working. The error message says the serial number is incorrect.

Please advise.

Ok - never mind!

I re-downloaded and re-installed the extension and re-started Dreamweaver and it worked.

Oops I spoke too soon - Not working again

This is Squirrelly behavior.

I am trying to follow the istructions on this page: 04_remember_forms.swf

I have highlighted my form then I click add in the server behaviors field. This is where it's different than the tutorial. I am only given three options when I choose WA Cookies Toolkit, they are: Clear Session Values, Set Cookie Value and Set Session Value.

I initially tried this with Set Cookie Value (because I don't see these options in any of the instructions and I was just trying it.) It asked for my serial number and I copied and pasted it in and it worked. Great. Then I wasn't sure if this was indeed the correct choice, so I cancelled this.

Then I tried Set Session Value from the WA Cookie Toolkit server behaviors - It once again asked for my serial number. (Which is strange.) I pasted my serial number in and get the error message: The Serial Number you entered is incorrect.

This is AFTER I had entered and the program had accepted the correct serial number previously.

???? What do I do now?

More mysteries...

OK - I figured out that the Behaviors plus button I was looking for was under the tabs field. So I tried that one and clicked on WA Cookies Toolkit and applied the cookie to my form. And it worked. Didn't ask for my serial number.

Why is it asking for the serial number with the server behaviors though? Of course my cookie isn't working...but I'll start another thread for that.

When it comes to the serial number when you are prompted for it take a look at the top of the dialog box, it should say the product at the top. Make sure this says cookies on it.

If it does then the serial you have should work if you cut and paste it. If you are still having problems with this let me know and I will open a ticket for you so that we can check this out some more.
