Cannot download any/all extensions after subscribing

Hi,
I've just completed a monthly purchase of the WA Extension Library Membership with a credit card. I have received the confirmation/receipt email, and in my account I see all extensions and serial numbers in the order section. But when I go to the downloads section, there is nothing to download (with the exception of a couple of free extensions from a few months ago). I go to the membership section, and it says I don't have any membership orders. The website indicated the extensions were available for download and installation immediately after the order was completed, but this hasn't happened. I also can't access the premium tutorial and learning content, it only gives me the option of 'Subscribe' or 'Learn More'. Could someone please look into this and fix the problem? Thanks.

Most likely, you have multiple users in our system and the order was placed under a different user than the one you are logging in with.

Contact our sales department at sales [at] webassist.com and a customer service representative will be able to straiten this out for you.

Thanks for the reply Jason. Sales contacted me and advised there was a problem with the payment going through on the credit card I used.
