multiple images and links in db

Hi,
I just got dfp today, Im using myql dwcs4, and php, on my submt form I have 4 file forms, and 1 submit button. It will only upload 1 image to the folder on the server.. How can I get it to upload all 4 images and then put the image path into the db. All other form fields go into db, but nothing from image.

Also, can it be set in search results for the path to the image be a hyperlink, or how do you view the file?

Make sure that each file field is in the same form and it is uniquely named.

in the how to section of the Digital File Pro support page, there is a tutorial titled "How to apply Digital File Pro to DataAssist Insert and Update pages" That explains storing the file name in the database and displaying it n a detail page:
