Extension manager extension file bad

I am trying to install CCS Sculptor with CS4 extension manager for Dreamweaver. Right when the extension manager start the install it comes up with the error message "The extension package is invalid. The extension will not be installed." I have downloaded CCS Sculptor 3 times and it still won't install. What do I do next?

When you click the link, you will be prompted to either open the MXP File or save it. Make sure you are selecting to save it to your computer.

If you are still having problems, clear your browsers cache and try downloading again, or try a different browser to download.

Before installing, you may need to disable any anti virus software or other real time file scanning software you may have installed.
