Have you tried deleting the Macfilecache or renaming the configuration folder? If not you should first try the cache file to see if that helps clear the problem and if not move onto the configuration folder.

Here is a link to a troubleshooting page that has the steps to do both of these. Please give this a try and let us know if it helps. If you continue to get the problem I will open a ticket for you.

Still getting the error

This happens on all of the sites I try and get to create a sitemap that goes more than 2 levels deep.

How do I go about getting a refund for this product it doesn't seem to work.

You really should have a trial version if the software has this many problems.

Did you try the troubleshooting techniques to see if it would resolve the issue for you? If you are still having this problem I can open a support ticket so that the issue can be looked into further. If you would like to request a refund instead you can do so by writing to sales@webassist.com.

Same problem

I did the troubleshooting step you suggested (deleted the DAT file) and it didn't help. I'm getting three error message screens:

First screen - -
While executing on Reize in WA_Site Tools_Progress.htm,
the following Javascript error(s) occurred
In file "WA_SiteTools_Progress"':
refreshUI is not defined

Second screen (paraphrase) - -
At line 160 of the file WA_SurveyorXML.js,
MM.WA_createprocessingobject is not a function

Third screen - -
While executing selectionChanged in WA_SiteTools.htm, a JavaScript error occurred

I am running the latest version of Surveyor (1.0.4) on Dreamweaver CS4. It is not working. So, what next??

You say that you tried deleting the dat file but that did not help. Did you also try the configuration folder? You may need to rename or delete this to get things working. Here is a post that discusses the steps you need to take. These steps are also noted in the other page that has the dat file steps.

Web Developer

I have rename the configuration:

1. C:\Users\<NT Username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\configuration folder to configuration_old

2. Uninstall SiteImports from Adobe Extension Manager

3. Install SiteImports

I worked for me.

Thanks for the link.
