Footer floating in design mode EW2

I created a css layout using sculptor and expression web 2.0 and in design mode the footer is floating at mid way down the page. When I preview in browser or publish to server, the footer is where is should be. I can work around it but what am I missing?

You can see the site here, index2.html

You cannot always go by how the page looks in expression web, it does not use a true web rendering engine and will sometimes no parse CSS correctly.

The true test is the browser. If it looks correct in the browser, then go with it.
