Does PowerStore work using PayPal Pro UK?

It's the decision maker as to whether I purchase it or not.

No, PowerStore uses Paypal Pro US or Authorize.Net.

However, eCart has support for Paypal Pro UK, and can be used to modify PowerStore to use PayPal Pro UK. See the "Changing PowerStore's Payment Gateway with eCart" tutorial on the How To section of the eCart support page:
