CSS Menu Writer Activation problem

Had numerous problems this morning downloading & installing menu writer. The worst thing is that I bought it to save time rather than get bogged down in jscript / ie6 problem!

When I try to run extension for 1st time in DW8, I get the CSS Menu Writer - Activation page appear which is blank with no text or buttons. Have left it for up to 30mins. Uninstalled/reinstalled as admin, etc, deleted cache file, reinstalled, nothing.

Any help appreciated.

This is a DW8 bug that was introduced late and we missed in our testing. If you post a support incident they will get you a fix immediately. We are going to release a dot release later today to address this issue.

I am waiting for all issues to be fixed before i buy it ray, are you guys extending the deadline so that all issues are fixed and you are certain we will not have problems, I can't believe it has still not been resolved yet, surely you must find this unacceptable

We have found a couple of issues after the launch that we are addressing and testing before the update. We have resolved the issues that have been reported and are in the verification testing phase before releasing the update. All bugs are unfortunate and we are looking into our process to see how we can eliminate errors by perhaps opening up beta testing to a larger audience before release.

The dot release to fix the activation bug for DW8 users has been released. You can access it from your order history.
