CSS Menuwriter 2 crashing Dreamweaver CS4 on Mac

Trying to insert a menu into a blank page and Dreamweaver quits. I have not even been ablt to enter the serial number into the main menu. What to do?

Me too

I get the same message . . . and not only that, but I get an error when DW4 starts:
WA_Memento.htm, JavaScript error(s) occurred:
refreshUI is not defined.

I was able to fix my problem by deleting file "MacFileCache-F8EC82B0.dat"
PATH: USER>iMAC (my user account)>Library>Application Support>Adobe>Dreamweaver CS4>en_US>Configuration

Nice!

Jon, thank you for the solution! I am still relatively new to the Mac platform (love it!) and your path was easy to follow and did the trick.

That also got rid of the JavaScript error . . .

Thank you for sharing!

Thanks, fixed my problem too.

This should be mentioned on the product page for this extension, would have saved me a lot of time.

WA Memento seems to be more trouble than its worth

This isn't a memento problem. It just so happens memento is the first thing to launch so it would be the first to show the global issue. Unfortunately upgrading extensions in CS4 is likely to cause this issue in general until Adobe comes out with a fix for either extension manager or Dreamweaver to address the problem.
