error with path?

Hi

at www.1stmodelagency.co.uk I'm using the CMS solution and the user registration pack.

Hence I've put the power cms in it's own directory:

htdocs\powercms\ etc etc

I've done this because I was advised to in previous post because of the two admin directories.

Ok I can add content easily but when I call the page I get a total trashing of my pages and errors such as

Warning: include(../../powercms/admin/Connections/localhost.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\nas34ent\domains\1\1stmodelagency.co.uk\user\htdocs\index.php on line 1

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '../../powercms/admin/Connections/localhost.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in \\nas34ent\domains\1\1stmodelagency.co.uk\user\htdocs\index.php on line 1

Warning: include(../../powercms/admin/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in \\nas34ent\domains\1\1stmodelagency.co.uk\user\htdocs\index.php on line 2

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '../../powercms/admin/WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php' for inclusion (include_path='.;C:\php5\pear') in \\nas34ent\domains\1\1stmodelagency.co.uk\user\htdocs\index.php on line 2

Now I have included this section on every page because it's going to be a "specials" area.

I suspect a pathing error ????

thanks

Ian

neilo

Hi Ian,

If the includes are being requested from the index page in the root folder, I would have expected the path to be:

<?php include "powercms/admin/Connections/localhost.php"; ?>

The '../../' puts the folder below even the root directory.

update

Hi

thanks for that and yes you were correct! -

Makes mental note that the wizard does not seem to create the correct page insertion code

thanks

Ian
