404 errors in stats

Thread began 10/23/2009 4:46 pm by kathy.bankston359922 | Last modified 10/23/2009 10:11 pm by Eric Mittman | 872 views | 2 replies |

404 errors in stats

I am getting several 404 errors pointing to the css in the menu writer in the stats on my site. Can someone help me correct these errors?

I would appreciate a private ticket as I am unable to disclose the URL for privacy reasons.

Please contact me asap so that I can provide the detailed information.
Thank you,

A couple of things to check while you wait for a support ticket; I usually find that these errors come from incorrect paths - is there, by chance, that your site definitions has an incorrect path to the say the "root" folder... or you have the URL listed incorrectly?

Best regards,

Like SOJO said it is probably a root URL value or something like that. I have opened a ticket for you on this. To update the ticket please login to the site and visit your support history.
