Error onLoad - upgrade iRite 1.0.3 -> HTMLEditor 2.0.0

Hi,all

I've use iRite 1.0.3 before without any problem. After I've purchased the ugprade to 2.0.0.

- I've uninstall iRite 1.0.3 normally
- Clear the Cache file on Configuration folder
- Install v2.0.0 normally
- Open DW CS4.
- I can insert HTMLEditor except the last step, got error
- I've got Error when I try to call Site Setting from menu

While executing onLoad in
WA_iRite_Site_Settings.htm, a JavaScript error occurred.

What's going on? Do I need to wipeout every extension and reinstall again?

You should try clearing your cache file first before you uninstall or re-install. Here is a link to some instructions on clearing out this file, please give this a try and let us know how it goes for you.

Hi, Eric
I've done those steps already. both clear cache and rename configuration folder

I've tried this way.
- Rename configuration folder
- open Extension manager and remove all extension, close program.
- open Extension Manager and reinstall again one by one from old -> new extension.
- after install all WA extensions, open DW
- HTML Editor still got the same error

I've done it again, right now only HTML Editor install. It's work fine in DW. But after that I've install again all other WA Extensions. The same error is back.

I'm on Mac OS X 10.6.1 + DW CS4 all extensions are WA + AIR for DW + CF9 for DW. That's all I have installed.

Sometimes the cache file can become corrupted after installing other extensions. After you have installed HTML editor and see it working successfully then you should install the other extensions one at a time and check the html editor to see if it is still working.

You may need to clear out the cache file again after installing other extensions. Please let us know the result you are getting and if the problem persists I will open a ticket for you.
