Have you lowered the activation fee ?

Received an email today about a new product, and it was listed on right side that customers can get activation fee for $24.99, when you click the the learn more it takes you to the regular page of the regular prices, what is the correct thing here?

When you hit this page, your coupon is set. The activation discount is applied at checkout so you should see the discount represented when you add the Extension Library to your cart.

I did that and it comes up to $79.99 october special. also it says a limited offer but cannot find out when it ends.

It may be that you arleady have a discount cookie stored. You could clear your cookies and then link to our site from the email to try and set the price. You could also contact us at sales [at] webassist.com and someone can help you.

I have deleted the cookies, and still does it, can someone tell me when this ofer is over?

You should be able to take advantage of the $24.99 activation fee by enrolling through your Upgrade Center. Please log in to your account and click on the "Upgrade" link in the Account Center menu. There you will see a link that will allow you to enroll for that price. If you still have issues finding it, please contact me at 800.886.0130 extension 136 and I can assist you further.
