Css sculptor activation failed

can you please help me. I have installed css sculptor 3, site assist professional and css menu writer 2. I have activated assist and menu writer ok, but get an error when trying to activate sculptor. the activation key is correct, but i click activate i get an error message saying "unexpected error:0. Submit a technical support request". I have tried lookin for such a form on this site but cannoty find one. Can you please help with this issue.
