Improperly Encoded Server Side Value

When i open a created map in Deamweaver CS4 I keep getting the following errors message.

"It appears that one of your server-side values is improperly coded. Please check the interface for inconsistencies."

Has anyone come accross this issue or what may be causing it?

Thanks in advance.

That can sometimes happen if you enter server side values by hand in one of the address fields rather than clicking the lightning bolt next to value and selecting the appropriate binding.

It can also happen with server side values entered in a custom balloon marker.

Double check all of the server side values to make sure they are coded correctly.
