Site Assist and Css Sculptor 3 Activation Issues

Just purchased this software CSS Sculptor & Site Assist Pro

Have both tools showing the same error on launch when trying to activate (See attachment)

(Edit) Tried reinstalling the software and now i have this error... (Second attachment)

Had a look in the directory where this file path reference is pointing to and there is no folder by this name at that location.

Any suggestions on how to activate my new software?

Toby

Solving problems with Dreamweaver

I would start with step 1.:

If you forgot to remove the existing extensions before re-installing, you might need step 2.

Also make sure you don't have any firewall/security software running that would block access to the WA activation server.

Office Guy you are a legend, it works!

Office Guy you are a legend, it works! Who was that masked man? bet he wears a cape too! Must be a super-hero.

Deleting that Dreamweaver cache file was the problem.

Thanks again

Just a volunteer. :)

Thanks,

I'll ask my wife about making a cape, but it doesn't look promising.

Thanks for reporting back with the results.
