Layout Issue

When I insert the form into my page, Form Builder does not insert at the the insertion point I select, and I am having difficulty getting all the form elements sized properly. I am following the steps in the "Getting Started PDF", but it's not working.

Do you have an example page we could look at (both the finished page and the underlying code)? It sounds like something is going on in your page... CSS Form Builder should, in fact, insert right where you left the cursor.

Best regards,

Brian

I didn't complete the page because I can't insert the form where I place my cursor. Anytime I try to insert a form into a page, it fills the page, and customizing it makes it look worse. I have to say that I am disappointed in the support for this product.

neilo

Hi artwurks4u,

People here would be happy to provide whatever support they can, but will need to have a clearer idea of what the exact problem is.

It would be easiest if you could provide a link to a page with the form included so that we can better understand how to help. Another way would be to put your page and css files in a zip folder and attach it to a post here.

You will get all the support you need.

I am baffled! I am unsure how you are disappointed with support. You post a very vague statement saying it doesn't work... I have asked for you to post the page or code so we can help... you reply you have neither and now are disappointed. How can one help you without any details... that's like going to the doctor and not telling him or her what is wrong with you.

But as far as support really is... there's plenty of it here. You have several community experts who offer their time - for free, nonetheless, plus a very committed staff of WebAssist employees who also provide support on here daily.
