Error Generating Menu

When I have completed setting up the menu and click on OK I get a dialogue box that states

"Error generating menu (wa.generate.menu):
TypeError: MM.WA_createProcessingObject is not a function

What can I do to correct this problem, I click on the OK button, and no code is generated, so whats up!

Dreamweaver CS4
Mac OSX 10.5.6

make sure you have the latest version of Menu Writer Installed, version 2.0.3. If you have a previous version installed, remove it from the extesnion manager, then download version 2.0.3 from the download center and install.

Also try deleting the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:
Customer must choose new funding sources.The customer must return to PayPal to select new funding sources:
common_installation_issues.pdf
