Javascript error ImportNew is not defined

I received an error message when I try to open Site Import in Dreamweaver CS3 using Windows Vista Pro, 64 bit OS. Here is the error:

While executing onClick in WA_SiteTools_Progress.htm, the following JavaScript error(s) occurred:

In File ""WA_SiteTools_Progress"":
ReferenceError: ImportNew is not defined



Please advise.
