eCart tutorial database not creating tables

In the eCart tutorial I created the blue sky music database. I go to PHPMyAdmin and I can see the database was added. I then went on to the steps for creating the tables in the Windows>run>cmd and it goes thru the whole process but when i go back to PHPMyAdmin it says the blue sky music database has no tables. I am using wamp and changed my command lines to this:
cd \
cd C:\wamp\bin\mysql\mysql5.1.36\bin

It then opens up mysql folder where I copied the blue_sky_music.sql to.

then i type in these commands:

mysql -uUser -pPassword blue_sky_music <blue_sky_music.sql

and then it will go through a bunch of processes and when its done I type 'exit' and close out of the cmd.

I just don't know what it is that i am doing wrong. I am using wamp so I am trying to adlib these directions as best as I can.

The blue_sky_music.sql file will create the database and tables for you automatically. It is a standard text file so you can look at it to see what it will do.

Did you download all of the support files from your download section?
