Can't download ecart getting started guide pdf

Every time I click on the pdf file getting started guide it will open a new ie window but will only download a few kb's and then stop. I would really like to learn how to use ecart 4 but cannot with out the guide.

Systems with Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 seem to have problems downloading the PDFs. People have reported success with right-clicking and selecting Save as.

neilo

Just to add to the puzzle a little, I have Acrobat 9 Pro and don't have the download problem. There must be a mystery combination of factors at play here.

Thank you for the suggestion. I was using Acrobat 8, then upgraded to Acrobat 9 and tried it again with ie 8 and it would not download still. Then I tried it with Google Chrome-Still wouldn't download. I then tried Firefox and Voila! It downloaded it. I should've known.

I have more questions on the tutorial, as I am stuck on the very beginning, should I post a new thread?
