CSS Sculpter stopped working.

CSS Sculpter stopped working.

I've used CSS Sculptor for WE2 for at least 6 months with no problem. I click on new css sculptor and nothing happens. I tried to re-install with no success. I then un-installed and then re-installed and still nothing. What's next?

When you uninstall the add on does it seem to be successful in that? When you are in ExWeb can you see the add on listed in the add on menu?

It sounds like you have taken the correct steps to uninstall and reinstall so I'm not sure why you would not be able to create a new page with it. Is uninstalling your ExWeb an option for you? I'm not sure if this would help but if you are able this may be the next step to take.

You got questions - I got (some) answers!

When I uninstalled, CSS Sculptor was no longer listed. I believe I did a reboot after this (just for the heck of it).

When I reinstalled, CSS Sculptor re-appeared in ExWeb. I would click on it and nothing would happen.

I guess I could uninstall/reinstall ExWeb but not really looking forward to going that route.

Any other suggestions?

I do not have any other suggestions for this, if uninstalling is not an option or it does not fix the problem let me know and I will open a ticket for you on this.
