Dynamic Site Detail page only finding first record in Database

Hi,

I am working through my first attempt at using ecart on a single dynamically driven product page.
I have sucessfully created the connection to the database which has a single table named products.
I have also created a recordset and applied the add to cart to the page as per the getting stated guide.
However, whichever product page I test purchase, only the first record in the database is passed to the cart.
I expect I have overlooked something very simple here and would be grateful for any advice ar assistance to help my development and understanding of this process.

Thank you in anticipation

The add to cart button will only be displayed once for the first product in the record set. In order to display all the products, you will need to apply a repeat region to the add to cart button (Windows -> Server Behaviors and then click the + button and repeat region).

In the getting started guide (under "Applying Add to Cart buttons to product pages") it talk how you add to apply an add to cart button to an already applied repeat region but the process should be similar.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply, I had actually gone back to the getting started guide and found my mistake was that I had not applied a filter by Url to the recordset. However having now done this, I have a further issue in that when I click on the add to cart button, there is no redirect to the shopping cart. The product page just reloads irrespective of which product I am viewing.

I thought I was getting the hang of this.

Thanks in anticipation
