What is Clean WYSIWYG code

Hi,

can someone explain me the checkbox "Clean WYSIWYG code". is it that code cant be changed in the source mode?

setting that option reformats code added when moving between WYSIWYG view and source view.

For example it will add line braeks after P or BR tags and indent li tags or tr and td tags

No, It just cleans the source so it is easier to read.
