Site Import Will Not Start - Error

Dreamweaver CS4, Vista 64 bit, pretty fresh installation of everything. Site Import is also your first product install. When I hit the "go" button, to start a site import, I get the following error:

"While executing timer, the following Javascript error(s) occurred:
in the file "file:///C|Program Files (x86)/Adobe/Adobe Dreamweaver CS4/Configuration/Floaters/WA_SiteTools.htm": MM.WA_SiteToolsProcessingObject.process is not a function.

And I am stuck at this point. Any help appreciated.

Update: I cleared the WinFileCache as suggested in a thread further down, but the problem remains.

I can't fire it up. I'm doing something wrong I'm sure.

Mac, G5, DW3, installed, I can find it, I can attempt to start it, but I choose my site, choose my folder, follow the next buttons and NOTHING happens. If I hit the curved arrow again it does nothing and I have to restart. What am I missing?
