no getting started pdf

click on the link to dl the getting started file, page goes blank, I have tried both areas but no luck, another step forward 2 steps back thx

The method usually suggested to overcome this is to right-click the link to the 'Getting Started' PDF, and select 'Save Target As' (in IE) or 'Save Link As' (in Mozilla).

Then open the downloaded file. If this doesn't work, post back here.

ok yes I got it to open, but when I go to view it goes first 2 pages then freezes, but I just printed it, so good to go, thx for the info.
