Menu Disappears after Google Translation

Previewing the test page in which I used CSS Menu Writer, I the menu gets lost after the page is translated. This is a link to the test page:

template_subs.html

Click the Google Translate button and see. (Never mind the rounded box displacement.)

What can I do to keep the menu?

Yes that sounds good - and is this (below - my question in that other post) then indeed so?

i.e. - take the cssmw2/ and the csmw2_images/ folders OUT OF the CSSMenuWriter folder and on the same level as the html page?
