PayPal shipping address error

Using PayPal standard & e-cart getting following error statement when transfer to PayPal.

"Unable to process payment. Please contact the merchant as the shipping address provided by the merchant is invalid, and the merchant has requested that your order must be shipped to that address."

The cart has been functioning fine until now. Put a new add to cart button for a new service today but now getting this error message.

Any help would be appreciated.

When you get this error do you see the shipping details on PayPal? It sounds like it is just complaining about the shipping values. Have you tried this with other shipping values?

I think you might also get this error if you have specified shipping address required for orders and not passed the proper values for the shipping.
