Address not sent with order

I use PayPal for payment processing. However, the customer address information isn't sent to me. There is a payment information page through eCart here:
checkout.php

I receive notice of name and payment, but no address.

Please help!

Are you using Payments Pro? When this message arrives is it the one from PayPal or from your own cart? When a user makes an order are they able to see these details on your site before they purchase?

I use standard PayPal. The cart doesn't send me anything, just the notice from PayPal. PayPal doesn't include the shipping address. Is there a way to have the cart pass the address information to me? Thanks for any assistance.

I think there are a couple of issues going on in the current checkout you have. It does not seem that you are collecting any shipping details. I notice that the billing details you are collecting do not appear on the confirm page at all.

I think you should make a backup of the current checkout pages you have and try running the checkout wizard again. Make sure to choose that you will be offering shipping services in the first page of the wizard, then you can leave it to none on the next page for the provider. This way you will still gather the shipping info.

This should create a set of pages where the billing and shipping info is gathered from the user and passed along to PayPal. You will be able to see the details on the confirm page before you click on checkout and go to PayPal. Please post back with questions you have or if you experience any problems.
