SagePay / Protx Problems

Has anyone managed to get this working?

Using eCart 4.5.1 - followed instructions but keep getting the checkout_failure page while testing!!

I've tried with and without test mode - still no joy!!

ProTX - Sagepay Problems

I have upgraded my eCart to 4.5.1 and followed closely the guide on integrating into ProTX Sagepay but I keep getting an error page on submitting the confirm page.

I have isolated each of the server behaviours in turn and the problem is coming from within the ProTX authentication script.

I'm trying to set this up on the Sagepay simulator using the 'server' integration method.

If all else fails I will have to download the Sagepay scripts and try to incorporate them into the eCart routines. NOT what I subscribed to webassist for!

I agree. I am trying to set up the 'server' option too. I'm not very technical so really struggling to get it to work…

The annoying thing is in the eCart 4.5.1 release notes:
"Updated to accommodate recent changes made to ProTX/Sage Pay’s gateway"!

If you manage to find a solution, will you post it here!?

Edit:
If support can open me a ticket, I can send you my php files.

The latest eCart dot release should have fixed a few issues related to the ProTX/Sage.

Could you please specify the server language you are using?

I will need to reproduce the issue that you are having.

Also could you tell me if you are using VSP Server or VSP Form.

I am using php/MySQL, and VSP Server.

If you can help, that would be great.

Basically, I have used the eCart wizard for SagePay VSP Server, following the instructions available on Webassist.com, but keep getting an error that makes the transaction fail.

For some reason, I cannot get the SagePay iframe page to work. It goes straight from confirm.php to checkout_failure.php

I am not a 'techie' but a humble designer (hence the need for WA scripts and plug ins) and do not know how to fix this…

Thanks to Dani for the debugging script!!

I've found the following problems with my confirm.php page that I have corrected and it now works!!

'State/Provence too long' - this seems to suggest that you need to use the abbreviated american state format (2 letters) that the wizard inserts. I had changed mine to a text box for UK users and this caused an error. In Dreamweaver, double-click the 'Authentication for Protx VSP Server' property in the applications tab, and delete the entries for both BillingState and DeliveryState from the wizard (make them blank). I have left my 'State/Provence' text box on the 'checkout.php' page so that I can enter this into my orderdetails table with the rest of the delivery info.

'IP not registered'. The site has its own IP address (for SSL cert) but I also had to add the actual server IP to MySagePay (both test and live).

I now get through to the SagePay payment pages.

Hope this helps!!!
