Having problems installing extensions

A couple of days ago I wrote about not being able to install the Cookies extension. I followed the instructions that were sent and was able to get the Cookies installed. NOW, the Dynamic Dropdowns, Dynamic Webcharts, CSS Scupltur, Site assist, surveyor won't install. A new version of Digital File Pro has come out. I went through the extension manager and tried to remove it to install the new version but I cant' remove the older version. I can't do my work. Any ideas what's going on?

If you have not done this part already take a look at office's troubleshooting page and follow the instructions to clear out the config folder as it sounds like you have some corruption going on in there. This will also remove all of installed extensions and allow you to install them again cleanly.

Were you able to delete the configuration folder and remove the installed extensions? Please post back and include all of the relevant details and also any error messages you are getting.
