paypal sandbox issues with ecart
I am currently trying to use PayPal sandbox to test my first website, that I have been developing with webassist software. I am using Ecart extension 4.5.0 and have creating the cart with a paypal express button as well as a input form with a checkout button.
I have set up two accounts within paypal sandbox developer.paypal.com (one for business and one for customer testing) both these accounts have been enabled. However, I am recieving in both cases an error message of "RESULT=26&RESPMSG=Invalid vendor account"

I have hashed out any sensitive info and I would greatly appreciate any ideas what is going wrong and how best to get this site up and running with the paypal sandbox.
