UE "CC:" recipients are receiving duplicate emails

I had a number of individiual email address values set up in the "TO:" box. I was then asked to remove some of them to the "CC:" box. Since that time the recipients who have definately been removed from the "TO" box receive 2 emails not 1. I have also added a couple of new email recipients to the "CC:" box and they also get duplicate emails.

Just curious if this is something that is occurring regularly for you or if it is more sporadic. If you can get the same result to occur every time it will be much easier to troubleshoot. Let me know about this and I can open a ticket for you so we can try to get this worked out.

CC problem

Hi,

It happens about 10-15 times a day. Everyone on the "CC" list gets 2 emails instead of one. Everyone on the "TO" list gets one.

UE is hooked up to a file upload service for a Print Company and everytime they get an upload this happens. It works a treat just too many emails for the "CC" list.

The reason they want the "CC" is to monitor who is recieving the files as this changes from time to time. Users names on the "TO" list don't show up.

Just to clarify you say that it happens 10-15 times a day, is that how often the script runs every day or does it ever run and not have this problem? Knowing this will help us to determine what to look into. I wouldn't want you to post any private or proprietary info on this forum and will open a ticket for you before I request any files. Please post back with this info if you can so we can better determine how to proceed.
