Or you could just buy a PC. :)

Yes, the entire WATrigger.js file is missing from the folder: ..\Adobe\Adobe Dreamweaver CS4\configuration\Shared\Controls\Scripts

(PC)

I managed to get a copy of WATrigger.js from another WA User I have sub contracted for on occasion and putting this in the folder shown in the error message seems to have got rid of the problem for now, but why has this file been deleted is the question ?

Dave, could you possibly upload the file as a fix until this issue is solved?

Send me an email via my site and I'll zip it up for you, without WA's permission I am reluctant to post it on an open forum.

The file should definitely exist in the location but it is not in the program files portion it is in the users files. Dave, when did you last use this functionality in a working state? Was it before any thing newer was installed? If so please let us know what you can about the situation. Once the file is installed with the extension it should not get deleted. The only thing I can think of that may cause that would be an error during the install of another extension. Please let us know the details and I can open up a ticket for you so we can try to figure out what is going on.

Eric,

the error occurred first yesterday after installing the latest dot releases of Cookies Toolkit, Security Assist, DataAssist, Site Import and CSS Menu Writer. At the same time I also installed the latest version of DMX Zone's Lightbox Extension (1.0.3)

I did not suffer a "crash" during install but as ever it was very slow.

I certainly would have used this functionality in the last week though I couldn't be specific as to which day.

I believe the installation of the latest DataAssist caused this issue for me. Functionality existed the day before.

Could you please send me the required WATrigger.js file in the meantime?

Getting same error message when I try to access eCart server behavior:

eCart - General - Set Session Value

Updated the 5 extension updates yesterday.

I'm on a PC / XP.

Have tried deleting cache. Same result.

Uninstalled eCart & installed freshly downloaded copy. Same result.

File WATrigger.js does not even exist.

Need to get this fixed!!!
