Power CMS EULA

Hello. I have already purchased Super Suite and I am considering purchasing Power CMS but I have a question regarding the usage rights. I know that I can re-brand Power CMS but can I add Power CMS to the website templates that I build and then sell the website templates that include Power CMS as long as I include my own EULA that states that the template and included CMS can not be re-distributed (unless the customer is a web designer In which case he/she may sell this template to one client)? I need to know this before I make this purchase as this will effect my decision on whether I will buy this product or look into purchasing something else. Thank you and I look forward to a response.

Best Regards,

Karen Chudobiak

P.S. Is there somewhere that I can access the EULA for each of your products so that I can review this before I make any purchases?

The Licensing for Power CMS Allows you to build sites using Power CMS for others. It does not allow for building a new product containing Power CMS to sell to others. Basically, this would be reselling Power CMS in your own product.

The EULA For all of our products can be found here:
license.php

To be or not to be ... (c) W. Shakespeare

Could You explain, what You (WebAssist) mean?

1. I CAN build web site for other - yes this is Our work :-)
2. I CAN't include PowerCMS in my distributable Product

For example - I now build web-app with php Install script. In Your descritiopn - I CAN install web-sites for ALL my clients by MY HAND, but CAN't write Installation script

And How in this case I can use PowerCMS for My work?

P.S. Licence.php now not opened, but in product description - Build unlimited websites ... and it's logical. because Webassist sold tools for developers, not for end-user

the link for the UELA is here:

The licensing allows for you to build unlimited sites for your clients, It does not allow for creating a package for resale that contains Power CMS.

Thank You, I'm understand this position, but ...

just think about completely developer version, some time - You need make a package, for example - develop "intranet" site for client, installed by client specialist and etc. Of course - I can install web site, and than send to client full copy, but this is not professional or some client security regulation and many other reason.
