Ecart V6 and Super Suite says -$300

Hi, first I want to say I have only just learned of Ray's passing. It saddens me, he was a great guy, helpful, intelligent and patient. I had around 3-4 personal support sessions with him, and every time the call would last longer than the 1hr. He knew I was doing a Degree with Honours, and talking me through the PHP code helped me gain a 1st. An amazing guy, and selfless in his wish for all downloads to be free.

I am trying to download Ecart V6 and Super Suite, however, as I already own many of the extensions it causes a problem. When trying to download them it says I need to pay -$50.00 for Ecart V6 & -$300.00 for Super Suite. How can I get around this issue? Thank you in advance for any help with this, and again my thoughts and prayers are with his Wife and children.

I reached out to Justin. I am confident he will weigh soon. But a question: if it says a negative amount, what happens when you try to complete the "purchase"? As I understand it, everything is now free.

I think you might be seeing upgrade prices? Are those negative dollar values in the 'Current Products' or 'Upgrades' section?

Regardless, go 'buy' them both again and then try to download.

Yes these had the -$300, so I went ahead with the payment, I just didn't want webassist paying me $300 lol. So I went through the payment screen, it gave me a receipt but I did not get the Extension or activation code. Thankyou for your help
