error installing dynamic charts

I am attempting to install dynamic web charts extension in CS4 on my development machine. I installed it successfully on my home machine, but have decativated that version so I could use it on the development machine. Unfortunately, I receive the error messagebelow. The development machine is not on the internet so I installed by downloading the extension file to my USB drive.

'While executing load in DWC_serial.htm, the following javascript error occured:
At line 210 of file "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Breamweaver CS4\Configuration\Shared\WebAssist\DynamicWebCharts\Library\Shared_Ser.js": document.formLayer.document has no properties

There is no visible folder of this name in this directory

The issue may be related to the initial activation after installing in on the machine without internet access. One thing that you should try however is to delete the cache file to see if it has an effect on the error you are getting. If it does not then you may need to have a license file generated for you if the issue is associated with the activation.
